En concreto, seis promociones est\u00e1n ya finalizadas y entregadas a las personas inquilinas, y otras cuatro lo ser\u00e1n en 2023. En conjunto representan 395 viviendas, es decir, el 75% del volumen total de esta primera fase del plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Con car\u00e1cter complementario, desde 2017 Nasuvinsa ha impulsado tambi\u00e9n otras tres promociones residenciales, en otras tantas localidades de Navarra, que suman en conjunto 75 VPO, en el marco de colaboraci\u00f3n p\u00fablico privada. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por lo que respecta a la segunda fase del plan de alquiler Navarra Social Housing, el Gobierno de Navarra y Nasuvinsa han programado otras 631 viviendas, para su construcci\u00f3n hasta 2025. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=&#8221;1_3,1_3,1_3&#8243;
