_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_2_text_color=&#8221;#F49600&#8243; header_2_font_size=&#8221;22px&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p>The NSH responds to the commitment of the public authorities to favor access by the most disadvantaged population to quality housing at affordable prices, as a basic social right.<\/p>\n<p>It contemplates the construction of 1,353 subsidized housing units (VPO), 591 corresponding to the first phase, of which 473 (80%) have already been completed and most of them have been handed over to the tenants, and the remaining 118 VPOs are at an advanced stage of execution for completion in the first months of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The second phase includes another 762 VPOs, of which 163 are already under construction or will begin construction in the first quarter of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The NSH plan involves the mobilization of considerable productive investment, which favors social integration through <strong>access to housing,<\/strong> with a firm commitment to environmental protection.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to energy savings and the reduction of CO2 emissions, construction with EECN-nZEB parameters offers an important economic return in terms of job creation and reactivation of <strong>innovation in the construction sector<\/strong> in Navarra.<\/p>\n<p>Specifically, the NSH public rental plan foresees the creation of a <strong>significant number of direct jobs<\/strong> on an ongoing basis during its implementation period. In addition, the commitment to the construction of nearly zero consumption buildings is favoring the training of specialized professionals, including architects and engineers, to set the guidelines and certify the projects and the execution of works following these parameters.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243;
