The initial phase of the Navarra Social Housing rental plan involved an investment of 135.7 million euros, while the investment planned for the second phase amounts to 160.7 million euros.<\/p>\n

Phase I financing. Co-financed by the European Investment Bank-EIB (29%), Nasuvinsa (23%), subsidies from the Government of Navarra (17.5%) and from the European Union’s Recovery and Resilience Mechanism-MRR funds (9.2%), and private investment (10%). Land accounts for another 10.8% of the total investment.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Financing foreseen for Phase II. The 160.7 million will be provided by banks (49%), private investment (23%), Nasuvinsa (14%), grants (8%) and sales (6%).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
