Co-financed by the European Investment Bank-EIB (29%), Nasuvinsa (23%), subsidies from the Government of Navarra (17.5%) and from the European Union&#8217;s Recovery and Resilience Mechanism-MRR funds (9.2%), and private investment (10%).
